The theme for this year’s Children’s Mental Week is ‘Growing Together’.
In P7, we have been talking about how some of the changes in our lives may make us feel anxious or worried. We discussed and shared with each other ideas for an ‘A to Z’ of strategies which will help us cope as we grow and look forward to our futures.
