Joe Wicks will host classes three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
How do you take part in ‘PE with Joe’?
All you have to do in order to participate in the online workouts is to head to Joe Wicks’ YouTube page, The Body Coach TV, at 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Wicks will then host the workouts live for 20 minutes.
