Dear Mrs Porter
I am part of the organising committee for a Rostrevor community event on Saturday 30 September. It is a 5K run, with a shorter family fun run (the “Pettit Park Loop”). The event is organised by the Rossi cycling group, and supported by St Bronagh’s GAA as well as local businesses.
As part of the event, we would like to encourage children at the local schools to join in the Pettit Park Loop. A sponsorship card has been printed and a copy is attached for information.
We would be very grateful if KIPS (as well as the other two local primary schools) would support us in publicising this important community event, which we hope will be great fun for everyone involved.
I can drop off the sponsor cards as well as some posters in the first week of the school term, if you are happy with this.
